HOW TO ORDER


If you are new to online ordering in our website, here is the steps-by-steps guides.
The ordering process is simple.

Step 1 :	Click Buy Now button
Step 2 :	You will bring to an online order form
Step 3 :	Fill in all the fields in the order form
Step 4 :	Click the send order button at the bottom of the order form
Step 5 :	We will contact you by email within 1 working day upon receipt of your order to inform you on the stock availability, order number & payment information. We accept payment of  Maybank & Public Bank.
Step 6 :	After payment done, kindly send an email to celine@ewatchzone.com to inform us your name,  order number payment amount, payment date & time.
Step 7 :	We will send out your purchased item after payment done.
Step 8 :	You will receive an email update you on  the courier service company, shipping date & tracking number.
Step 9 :	You will receive your purchased item at your door  step within 2 days from the shipping date..

WARRANTY


All watches are 1 year warranty and we are provide warranty card only for claim.

Our payment is through Public Bank and Maybank.
